Cathy E. Crosson is an atorney and law professor specializing in the First Amendment and feminist jurisprudence. Since 1986, she has worked as an appellate attorney with the BVeverly Hills law firm of Weston, Sarno, Garrou & DeWitt, preeminent in the legal defense of erotic expression for the past two decades. In addition to briefing many obscenity-related cases in state and federal courts across the country, Ms. Crosson has briefed four free-speech cases before the United States Supreme Court. Ms. Crosson also teaches law and political science at Indiana University, where she received her B.A. (1975, summa cum laude) and her J.D. (1982, cum laude).
