The recent holidays inspired a reunion of three of the original founding members of FFE: Author, professor and ACLU President Nadine Strossen; author and filmmaker Candida Royalle. and Founder and Past President Dr. Marcia Pally, an author and professor who spends half the year teaching and writing in Berlin.

On May 18th members of the Board of FFE attended GAYLA!, Exit Art's spring benefit in celebration of their latest show, Homomuseum, where former FFE president, Mary Dorman was honored for her work as a lawyer and activist for the arts. Marilyn Fitterman & Sandy Rapp Lead Songs At National NOW Rally
On July 3, 2005, Feminist Majority President Ellie Smeal joined Past NOW-NYS President and current  FFE Vice President, Marilyn Fitterman (far left) and Nashville singer Candace Corrigan (far right) in singing Sandy Rapp's (with guitar) "Where Were The Flowers: A Song For Becky Bell," about a teenager who fell to Indiana's anti-choice "parental involvement" laws.

The occasion was US Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor's resignation and the National NOW Rally For Abortion Rights. The setting was Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist's home state office in Tennessee.
